This event is
open to Civil War military and civilian participants.
We are always looking for bona fide groups
who are dedicated to the hobby and to presenting that period of our history
in a serious and accurate manner.
Please note
that every participant, regardless of impression or sex,
will be required to sign a Waiver of Liability form upon arrival.
Parents must sign for children under 18.

Amenities Available
Authentic
Camping * Modern (non-electric) Camping
Note:
Absolutely no modern camps will be
allowed near authentic camps.
Modern campsites must be reserved in advance.
Space is very limited, so register early.
Showers & Restroom Facilities * Port-a-johns Near Camps
Firewood * Water * Straw
On-site Food Vendor for lunch and early supper
Note:
We do not have ice available.
It may be purchased in nearby Elmira.
Friday Night
Welcome Meal & Sunday Morning Continental Breakfast
Both are provided gratis.
Sunday
breakfast is for those who have Pre-registered only
and indicated they want it on their registration form.
If there is food left after all pre-registered have been served, others may
be served. |

Early Registration
is now closed. Military will now pay $10.00 per person.
Military:
$4.00 per person
Civilian: $3.00 per person
Under age 16: Free
Sutler Fee: $25.00
Modern Vendor Fee: $25.00

Pre-registration closed at midnight on April 15th.
Fees for late registrations and invited walk-ins are:

Method of
Registration
There are two options for
registering.
Snail-Mail
If you want to mail your registration form and your payment,
please take the link below for the printable registration form.
Be sure to print out and send the Unit Roster form along with your
registration.
Mail both forms, along with a check or money order for the fees,
to the name and address on the bottom of the form.
Online Registration
If you would like to submit your
unit's registration online,
please take the "Online Registration Form" link below. Fill it in
completely and click on "Submit" one time only.
You may mail a check or money order
(made payable to Chemung Valley Living History)
for your total registration fees to:
