Newtown Cross Country Trail Challenge September 14, 2008 This is a 5-K Cross Country Running event that is sponsored by the Southside and EFA High School Athletic Booster Clubs and the Chemung Valley Living History Center. All proceeds will benefit the Southside and EFA Athletic Programs. The event will be held at Newtown Battlefield State Park, 3 miles east of Elmira, just off of Rte 17.
