Thursday, August 26th
          Arrival and setup throughout the day. 
          Please stop at the Park Office at the stop sign on top of the hill to register.

Friday, August 27th
        Arrival and setup throughout the day.    Please stop at the Park Office at the stop sign on top of the hill
                                 to register.

          4:00 until Dusk -- Sneak Preview for the public at the site of Gen. Sullivan's Encampment on the edge of
                                 Elmira on E. Water St.  Demonstrations, storytelling, and a lecture will be presented.
                                 The evening will end with a Woods Tactical.  Bus transportation between the park and
                                 the site will be provided.                    

Saturday, August 28th
           7:00 AM --   Troops awaken. Breakfast in camps.
           8:00 AM --   Officer's meeting.  Location to be announced.
           9:00 AM --   Formation of troops for safety inspection, in separate camps.
                                 Event and camps open to public.
        10:00 AM --    Prepare for Woods Walk.  Troops go to assigned positions.
        10:30 AM
--  Woods Walk, with public participation:  a guided "journey" through the woods, with an ambush
                                 and skirmish.  Will last about 1 hour.
        11:30 AM --    Gifting to the Indians Scenario at the Indian Village
         12:00 PM --   Nooning in camps.
           2:00 PM --   Formal Tea for Ladies and Gentlemen of Fashion at the lodge.  Public to observe only.
           2:30 PM --   Formation and inspection in preparation for second Woods Walk.  Troops go to assigned
                                 positions.
           3:00 PM --   Woods Walk, with public participation.  Repeat of the morning scenario.
           4:30 PM --   Court Martial Scenario in the lodge.
           5:00 PM --   Event and camps close to public.
           6:00 PM --   Gratis dinner for all re-enactors served at the lodge.
                                 Please bring your own bowl, mug, and spoon!

         8:30 PM --   18th Century Tavern Night!  Come to the lodge and join the celebration of fun, laughter,
                                 games, and music in our beautiful candlelit lodge.  Beverages and snacks will be provided.
                                 Please bring your lantern to help us light that big, dark lodge!

Sunday, August 29th
           7:00 AM --   Troops awaken.
           7:30 AM --   Gratis Continental breakfast served in the lodge.  This will include donuts, oatmeal, juice,
                                 coffee, and tea.  Please bring your own bowl, mug, and spoon.
           9:00 AM --   Event and camps open to public.
         10:30 AM --   18th Century Cricket Game at the lower park.  Bus transportation available starting at 10:00.
         11:00 AM --   Ransom of a White Captive Scenario, location to be announced.
         12:00 PM --   Fashion Show at the lodge.  Soldiers, gentlemen, ladies, and children needed to be in the show!
         12:30 PM --   Nooning in camps.
           1:30 PM --   Formation and inspection for the battle.
           2:00 PM --   Battle for the public at the main battlefield area.
           4:00 PM --   Event and camps close to public.
                                 Please do not begin breaking down camp until 4 PM!  No cars will be allowed in until then.

Ice Call --   We will be taking orders for ice, and someone will make a run down to Elmira to purchase it for you.
